If you would like to make a monthly payment BUT NOT BE AUTO BILLED EACH MONTH, this is the place. You will need to select which location your unit is located from below. Then you will be taken to a page that will let you pick your unit number. BE SURE YOU PICK THE CORRECT UNIT NUMBER!!!!! You are authorizing us to charge your card and apply the payment to that unit number. If you don't know your unit number please verify it first. There will be a $10.00 charge for any payment that we have to change due to incorrect unit numbers being chosen. Next you will be taken through Paypal's secure payment process. Please remember you can use your credit card or paypal account through this process. Please read this information slowly and carefully so you are sure your paying for your unit correctly. If you have multiple units you will need to pay them separately. Remember that you will need to redo this each month if you wish to use this option. This is not setting up automatic payments.
We are making this option available to make the process easier for you our customers. Please contact us if you have trouble using this option.
